I'd prefer the MSI because it comes with a backpack and such, but i want something that is going to last a long time and can handle more. I know OC can make a computer last a shorter time, but how short will this comp live if i do so?.....
MSI is more of an off-brand anyways. Even my boss has heard of it, yet i think they are an up-and-coming company.....

Online, i hear people making fun of dells constantly, but i have few problems (other than slow), and only my cousin has had a problem within the 1st year (hard drive issue)
it wasn't anything like this, however:

I live in the US and don't want to spend more than $1,500. a screen large enough to game on, battery life should be fair (because they are beasts, it will be plugged in for gaming..... and I'd like to be able to plug it into a car as well)

-I want to play.... Doom 3, Fear 2, CoD4&5 (all on mid-high to high) and Crysis (low-medium to high)
-Surfing and music are obviously a given.... I Want to multitask. I usually play RPG's windowed (Guild Wars, WoW) and play music, Surf, and talk on TS/Vent all at the same time. THATS multi-threading!
-HD capacity isn't a problem. Simple solution-external HD
-Website of choice? I don't really care. Either newegg, or a manufacturers website
-I plan on keeping it as long as possible
-I live in the US

Please help ASAP.
