TV IN/OUT

Maybe a rudimentary question, but here you go....

Number 1- Do I have to buy a video card with TV in/out or can I get a card that specifically is only a tv in/out card?

Secondly- If it is to be a TV + video card, forgetting about games & such, what do you all recommend as a good value one? (for a poor college guy)

If you're only trying to input/output video and don't need the tuner, you can get any VIVO (Video In/Video Out) card. Video In is available on many cards, even some 9600XT's come with it while others don't.

Old/cheap VIVO cards include the Radeon DDR VIVO.
