Dear esteemed IF residents:
It is my pleasure to announce the unveiling of a new website,
http://www.ifwiki.org/.
The website should probably speak for itself, but I will point out a
few things here to give you a sneak peek.
The IFWiki is simply meant to contain indexes and lists of things that
may or may not exist in other places, but on ifwiki will be
interconnected (as only a wiki can).
Some information will come from other websites (such as Baf's), but all
links will point back to those "authorative" websites.
All general information on IFWiki should have a neutral voice.
You are allowed to post copyrighted material, but only if you own it
and are giving ifwiki rights to publish. This material can be removed
upon request.
You may create new content that is either public domain (recommended)
or licensed or copyrighted. If you retain rights, you are responsible
for the content, not ifwiki. You are inherently giving the public
rights to edit your material by publishing it on ifwiki.
David Welbourn, the master of html content and the creator of the HTML
version of the DM4, has taken it upon himself to do extraordinary
things with ifwiki to date. I think David's contributions to ifwiki
should be noted and applauded.
That's about it. Please take a look and....
You are encouraged to edit the ifwiki!
