Interference from somewhere??

I have been having a problem with interference from something on my comp. When i type or use the wheel on my mouse, or my hd runs my subwoofer makes sounds, they are low, but i can hear them. I have been using the onboard AC97 in my Abit IC7-Max3, i've also tryed a Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer with the same problem after formatting several times!!! Arrggg!! Well, i discovered that turning off the aux. on the audigy controle panel eleminiates it, but the AC97 is better at playing music than my Audigy, I've tryed doing the same in controle panel for my AC97, but it does not help. Is there anything I can do to stop this?

Try muting other lines, like the microphone line, until you find the source.
