PC On A Stick

Just want to know how does the "PC On a stick works" and what components I need.

I currently have a Samsung Series 4 LED. Will it work on that?

Not hard to find any info you need online.

With a regular HDMI or other connection aside from just USB it will work with any TV. If it's USB, you need to check compatibility.
