hello, my parents have just purchased a yacht and are after a monitor/tv/screen to view the GPS/plotter output.

it needs to have all of the following criteria to be able to work on the boat:

needs to be 12v DC
needs a video input: either VGA or S-VID
needs to be capable of displaying a resulution of 640/480
screen size between 7" and 17"

The screen can be anything so long as it meets the above criteria, i.e it can be a portable dvd player or a computer monitor or a tv or whatever.


please help me!

p.s. i am in the UK so please can you make sure that it is available in the UK
