My Compaq Presario R3000 has a power connector issue. Basically it is loose and the power adaptor does not fully charge the battery. We have purchased a new adaptor and battery. Still have the same problem, the power connector in the back is loose. Is there a Docking Station / Port Replicator I can acquire to solve this problem?

These notebooks are notorious for the problem. I don't know of a docking station, but you can always resolder the port back together.
