Can you elaborate on a couple of things to help work through your
issues. When you say "Crash" how does that occur - with a BSOD
"Blue Screen of Death" ? Is there a specific program you're using
when it happens. Other pertinent information would be which security
programs do you use ? Do you make use of AdAware,Spybot and
CWShredder. Have you purged your Temporary Internet Files ?

And given enough information, you have a good chance of getting
a good, solid answer to your problem(s).

Please help us to help you. How are you trying to do this? Using
what software? What happens when you try? Exactly what does "my
computer crashes" mean? If you get an error message, please quote
it verbatim.
