Behringer DDX3216 Digital Mixer

I recently purchased a new Behringer DDX3216 (at least that's what the seller claimed) with two (2) TDIF 16 modules installed. The initial test showed the following problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Faulty LCD Display - Missing few vertical rows of dots
2. Noisy Pre Amplifier
3. High pitch noise coming out of all outputs
4. Signal loaded down tremendously when insert points were used as tape sends to a multi-track recorder (Fostex D2424LV & Fostex VF1-16).
5. The unit freezes up after a day
6. Please note the unit was not fully tested. There may be other problems which are not listed here.
