Everytime I boot up my computer I get a pop-up that says Missning Kernel
component wtkernel appears to be whats missing but I have barely any idea
what a kernel is much less how to fix the problem. Help would be much
appreciated.

That does not appear to be a Microsoft file.

First eliminate any spyware.

wtKernel seems to be part of Wild Tangent.

Try uninstalling the Wild Tangent software from your computer using
Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs

Scan computer using anti-spyware software.
