How do I retore my dimension 4600 with out the cd

How do I restore my dimension dell 4600, I have tried the F12 + control
and that did not work. I have some cds that came with it but don't know which one to use

The CD to use is labeled "Re-installation CD"

What Operating System do you have? Win XP? (I have a Dim 4600 and it has Win XP).

If so, any Win XP CD with Service Pack 2 or above will work, and you can use the key which is on the label at the left side of the computer for authentication.
