Hi,

I've just purchased my first optical mouse, a wired USB Logitech UltraX mouse (Part number M-BT85).

It works fine, but I'm a little concered that it may be faulty. Every other optical mouse I've used at work etc., has a feature whereby the sensor LED dims when the mouse is picked up.

Mine does not do this and I was wondering if anyone else had seen this problem? Or maybe some mice just work this way - if so does anyone know why?
