Driver problem

Hello,
hasnain here i am greatly upset with this error that "direct3d hardware acceleration in disable in your primary display device" more in command "dxdiag" there is no option of enable or disable in that command it is telling that directdraw, directd acceleration and AGP texture acceleration not available please it is humbly requested to you that help me
