HD from 200gb become 35gb??? HELP!

I bought a Seagate 200GB HD and installed Win XP.
I setup everything was fine with 120gb+80gb.

After a few times reformatting (coz of my win xp problem), now my HD is only showing 35gb.

How do I reset back everything to 200gb? Please help. TIA.

Open Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc) and delete its partitions (you'll lose all data in there so before doing this, copy your essential data to other drive or CDR/RW). Then, re-create partitions and format.
