The title pretty much says it all- is there a definite increase in performance between the NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS and the ATI Mobility RADEON HD 3650?

I am looking to buy either the laptop at:
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9172851&type=product&id=1218044029604

Or at:

I just want to know if anyone believes there is about a $100 increase in performance between the two. Can they both run games on lowered settings? I have looked around but cannot find any definite answer.

Thanks to everyone for any help!

(P.S.) I forgot to list games I would be playing. It would be mostly older RTS and FPS games like Command and Conquer: Generals and Battlefield 2 and Star Wars: Battlefront. Again, I don't particularly care about settings, just which has the best price/performance ratio?

Well, thanks! That is an unexpectedly straightforward reply when it comes to computer hadware. :) I guess I know which one I will get then.

Relating to the ATI Mobilibty Radeon HD 3650. My employer just provided me with an HP laptop with that display adapter. The laptop only has a VGA plug on the back for an external monitor. But the laptop came with a docking station that has both VGA and digital ouputs. Does it make any sense to think that I should get a proper digital output from the docking station?
