After having much difficulty troubleshooting this printer using 13x19 paper and a PC running VISTA, I have been informed by HP support that this printer does not support this large print size with VISTA.

I will point out that on HPs website, they are claiming that this printer is VISTA certified and capable of delivering borderless 13x19 inch prints. It is unfortunate that HP continues to mislead consumers with their false claims. I expected more from a company of their status.
