How to change administrator on a networked computer if you have no administrativ

how can I change the administrator on a computer that use to be networked with a company, but is no longer networked. It is now being used as a home computer, but I cannot download anything.

That is exactly the function of an Admin account; to prevent others from installing/deleting programs and stuff.

In your case, the easy solution would be to contact the Admin of that company and have the Admin make the necessary changes.
