I have an Acer AL1912 LCD 19" monitor. I am running it with Suse Linux and have been for about 2 years. The entire time, It has a very strong tendency to leave artifacts on the screen even if I only leave a window open for an hour or so. It litterally looks like it is getting screen burn in. Even the wallpaper leaves artifacts. This cannot be normal. I have used linux for close to ten years and have never seen this before so I seriously doubt it is a linux problem. Anyone have any ideas or places they might send me?
