How much of a Boost from pc2700 to pc3200 ?

Currently running:
P4 3.2/800
2x512mb Mushkin pc2700 2-2-2 (Currently down clocked to 320mhz because of using pc2700 w/800fsb cpu) Intel 865PERL MB)

When I upgrade to 2x 512 Mushkin pc3200 2-3-2, how much of a performance boost will I recognize in games, applications & 3dMark ?

I'd expect at least 5%, assuming it was in dual channel before. But since dual channel probably wasn't allowed asychronously, perhaps as much as 20%.
