Budget Laptop <$550

Hi, I was looking to get a laptop in the US, my budget is around $550 or preferably less. I'm looking to use it for work, internet etc and maybe low spec games. I won't be carrying it around much so weight/ battery life aren't too much of an issue. A 15` or 15.4` screen would be fine along with a 200gb+ HD.

I was looking at the Sony Viao NS230 ($550) or the Compaq Presario CQ60-224 ($450).
