Why my PC turn off when i pres alt tab...and when i turn,its normal

why my PC turn off when i pres alt tab...and when i turn on CPU again, its back where it is before it turnes off

Either the controls are screwed, or a button(s) are screwed up. Try and test out the ctrl and delete keys to make sure all the keys work as they should, might be a glitch, but let's try to isolate the problem before jumping to conclusions.
