Im having problems buring DVD-/+Rs with any newer DVD recordables i brought lately
even Verbatim branded + DVDs
i still have a few old Verbatim - DVDs which doesnt seems to have any problems

and i read in the newer firmware updates from the pioneer site (still using 1.10)
it says it have writability improvements

so im thinking of updating my firmware and see if it helps
but i dont know the procedure
any can tell me how???

Updateing your DVD drive firmware is really easy. When you go the manufactures website, make sure you download the proper firmware for your drive. Here is the page you are looking for, and your drives is listed 4th from the top.

Just download the executable file, and run it. It might be a good idea to make sure no programs are open while it is updating. When finished, you should get a message that your firmware has been successfully updated.

Its that easy.
