I have a 3 year old Dell Inspiron B120 and need to reinstall the software. I have all of the reinstallation CDs, but there are no instructions that came with the computer as to how to reinstall the software and the F2 screen which I would assume should have the option to reinstall software does not. Any help would be appreciated.

you have to hit F12 I believe when the blue bar flashes across the top of the screen. That will get you into the dell factory restore utility and it will reinstall all the factory software as it's came shipped from dell. My gf has the EXACT same laptop and I have done the restore myself on it so I know it will work that way.
