Problem with low vocal sound

I'm been having a problem in many of my games with voices and speech being very quiet while game music and sounds are very loud. Also, the surround is VERY sensitive to me moving my character around. If I'm not looking right at the npc thats talking, the volume on the speach goes way down so its almost impossible to hear.

I'm using an Audigy 2 ZS and a 5.1 Logitech Z5300 speaker system. I have updated drivers and speakers are in the right location. I also believe the software is setup properely, but if theres some things I can try to fix this, please tell me.
