Hello,
I have a hipstreet -flare HS-9DTB4-8GB it worked fine for 3 weeks and now I cant get to the start menu .
The unit comes on with the keyboard and I cant removw it ,what can I do to solve this problem.

If it's still under warranty you can take it in and have it looked at by a tech support person. If you can't get into the start menu then it is either defective or there is someting that can be fixed by them.
