It's the only 20" LCD available in my country right now. I'm going to buy one within next couple of days. How is the overall quality of this monitor? Does it use 8 bit panel?

Hi Spitfire_x86,

Though the monitor spec says it has 16.7 mil colors, this has a 6bit TN panel. It uses dithering/FRC to reach the specified color range. Then again these are newer generation TN panels which are quite good at color reproduction. You can check out www.tftcentral.co.uk for detailed technical spec of the panel.
