Well I've got This old laptop working again after welding some stuff back together inside it. I'm now installing a very stripped version of Windows XP SP3. Any tips for this old thing speeding it up? I've got some old ram for it as well ( it now has 128mb, and I've got another 128mb lying here somewhere ).
The specifications are:

Intel Celeron MMX 433Mhz
128 *(256mb soon if possible) PC-100 Ram
Ati Rage 8MB AGP Videocard
6.4 GB Seagate Harddisk
Windows XP GAMER SP3

Oc'ing the cpu isn't possible I guess? I rather not open it up again... Any good tweak software is welcome, it will be mainly used for chatting.

Thanks in advance!

Right now your biggest obstacle is the memory. There's just not enough - 256MB will still be slow. Get at least 384 in there, if not more.

I don't think you'll be able to OC.

Getting a larger hard disk (~12GB) would help too. Increase the virtual memory size on what you've got.
