Regarding Software

I am trying to connect my samsung galaxy note to PC but am not able to find the software to connect . so can you please help me out with this .

There are two ways to connect a cell phone to a Pc.
1. By blue tooth , both phone and Pc will have to have blue tooth enabled.
2. By cable , most phones will have a USB cable that can be attached to a Pc to download photos and videos and also upload music and photos.
