Hi I have an Acer 5710 Notebook. All of a sudden 2 of the Function Keys - WWW & E-Mail - are only working very occasionally. I am running Vista Home Premium. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

By "very occassionally", you're saying it sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't? Those function keys only work when a certain program on your laptop is running properly—you might want to check if that's the case and try reinstalling it if you can.
