hey. i have a P4 1.5, 256 RDRAM, and a GF2 Ti. When i play Quake III, no matter what settings i use for graphics details, my FPS is in the 90s. even if i turn everything to max detail at 1024 * 768, still 90 FPS. is there something wrong?

is there a command that caps or UNcaps the FPS?
