hi!
i have a problem,...my ethernet card is not working,...
The problem did not occur when I had old motherboard (KA 6100), it was OK. When I upgraded (I bought second harddisk and changed motherboard to BX Master5.1), it stopped working. In Win2k it was in conflict with SCSI driver (it only worked, when I used my SCSI CD-ROM, otherwise it didnt work, except of ping on localhost)..In W98, Win Millenium, Linux and Win XP it doesnt work...does anyone can help me? thanks Norbert
I would make sure that the card it self is the cause of your problems before you blame the board. Check the leads on the card check the I/O port on the board, check the
RJ-45 port on the card, make sure that your drivers are correct and up to date, and make sure that your motherboard drivers are installed. I had a problem with my Realtek card not working until I installed the drivers for my old Soyo board.
Good luck
