Ok, after reading a few of the threads in here I have come to the realization that I don't know nearly enough about memory. Does anyone have a good source for learning the basics about memory?? Or possibly a learning source for all hardware basics, I wouldn't mind getting to know it all :)

I think that is just about Rambus RAM?? isn't it??

And I don't think anyone uses this technology anymore do they?? or is this DDR and I just made a complete fool out of myself??

No, you are wrong... I really do want to read. That's what I do. I have been a student for over 7 years. I like to read, and I really do want to learn this, I just didn't see that this was continued on to include more RAM talk. Sorry.
