Can these take the increase from DDR400 to DDR440? I've got two modules double sided 512mb X 2 Corsair Valuram PC3200...

AMD A64 3200+ Newcastle
ThermalTake Polo735 HSF
MSI K8N Neo Platinum
1GB Corsair DDR400 ValueSelect (CL2.5)
PowerColour R9600Pro @ 500/750 (Im serious about the memory speed)

I have heard of them doing 220fsb but most struggle to get past 205fsb. There are some instances of this ram not even doing stock speed.

there are instances of the best ram not doing stock speeds, they are called defective.
Better ram will give you an edge towards higher o/c's, but this ram will overclock nonetheless.

Only way to find out is to do it. Better to add heat spreaders and probably direct air flow.
