Help!!

I have a Dell Dimension 8400 running XP setup in a local workgroup
enviroment. I am having problems setting up a schedule task(Backup). This
is the error I am getting:

The new task has been created, but may not run because the account
information could not be set.
The specific error is 0x80004005: Unspecified error

I have verified the password on the user account I am using when creating
the task is correct.

Please help......Thanks
