How to buy Marantz PMD-671 in Ukraine?

Hello. I`m from Kyiv, Ukraine. I`m interesting in buying Marantz PMD-671, as it is the best recorder. But the problem is that there is no such recorder in Ukraine. I have the variant to go to Moscow and buy Marantz PMD-671 (near 1300$) + road (200$). So i think it would be better to buy via Internet Shop. I saw that via Internet Marantz PMD-671 costs 999$, but i dont understand the system of buying. How can i make an order? The product is bringing by ship? Can i pay in cash, because i have no WMZ and other?..
