Setup is Windows 2000 server (AD) sharing a HP Laserjet 5si for my WIndows
XP CLients.

It doesn't matter what quanttity I specify, only 1 copy comes out. It does
this from any program. It also occurs on all 3 of my xp machines.

Any Ideas?

Play around with installing different HP drivers for that printer, ours
has been a royal pain. The next time it breaks, it's going in the
dumpster, rather than keep using it.
