So I've been wanting a light tablet for quite some time now and I really don't want to spend much maybe around $400 max. I will not be playing games just want something that has a very fast browser can handle copy paste very good and uploading to image hosting websites and playing mkv video with subtitles. Let me hear your suggestions please I'm quite lost.

I just answered a similar post. I would recommend the Asus Nexus 7 32GB + 3G. It comes at around $300-$320. It sports a powerful Tegra 3 quad core processor, 1 GB RAM and internal storage of 32 GB. It's very fast, sleek and highly portable, easily fits in your jacket or pants pockets.

I've installed several browsers and they work well; Chrome / Opera / Firefox. You can upload / edit / share images, copy & paste, and you can grab an adapter cable and stick your flash drives to read files off the tablet. Battery life is nearly 9 hours.
