I'm not quite sure what a subsidy password is.

All android cell phones and smartphones require an Android account with Gmail and the user name and password are set up when you buy the phone and sign up for a cell service plan.
Take the phone to you cell provider and ask them for help in unlocking the phone , they will be able to verify your contract, Id and ownership of the device.
