Help me choose from three very similar monitors

Ok, so I've been looking around here and on other sites a bit, but I just want to see some of your thoughts.

Here are three LCDs with nearly identical specs:

SCEPTRE X20WG-Naga Black 20.1" 5ms - Pretty nice all around! The 5ms is measured in GTG. I don't know a whole lot about monitors, but I've seen a few people mention that it isn't a great measurement tool or something along those lines.

ViewSonic Optiquest Series Q20WB - Nice specs all around and even has low power consumption (though it is measured in typical, not max load like the other two.) I don't know how useful that power consumption really is, but off the bat seems nice. Nearly identical to the previous one otherwise.

SCEPTRE X20WG-1080P Black 20.1" 5ms(GTG) - This one has the advantage of being $20 cheaper than the other two with not much difference other than that. Most bad reviews on NewEgg stem from (1) the fact that it has no dvi cable included, just like the other monitors here and (2) it was incorrectly advertised as 1080p.

I'm leaning towards the first one because it is tried and true, but the low power consumption on the second one and lower costs on the third one have put it up in the air a bit. I'd appreciate a suggestion or two!
