Dell microphone not working

Hello, I have Dell Vostro 1015. Install all drivers (As I see). Only have 1 nonrecognized driver Generic Bluetooth adapter. Installed WebCam Software.
Seems to do all possible... but my internal microphone not working. I try to download Audio driver from Dell Website - R231278.exe - but cant reinstall it - see mesage "Media couldnt be founded"
I dont understand this problem :-( How I can turn On my microphone?
System: Windows 7 32-bit

right click on the speaker icon in task bar an go to recording devices. Do you see the microphone?
