17.3 inch display

Hello comrades, I am looking to upgrade to a new HP computer soon and I am wondering what display size I should get for my new laptop. I have two options, I can get a 16 inch display or a 17.3 inch display. What are the pro's and cons to both? Will the 17.3 inch be a bulky computer versus the 16 inch. Right now I'm using an HP laptop with a 15.4 inch, it is a perfect size. Will it be hard to adapt fo the larger screen?

A larger screen just means a bigger notebook that sucks more power. You need to check on the resolutions to get the whole story. 1920x1200 @ 17" is worlds different than 1440x900 at the same screen size.

The 17.3 inch has a resolution of 1600 x 900 and the 16 inch has a resolution of 1366x768.

The 17" has the larger working surface, but not by a whole lot. I would probably go with that anyway.
