Setting parental control problems

Hello,
I am the system admin of my home computer. I want to set up some accounts for my children, but when I try to set the parental controls I get a prompt that states I am not authorized, and I need to see my system administrator. WTF?

I'm wondering if the program has admin rights. I have 7 but no kids with me so I've never tired to do this. Might want to try turning off UAC for a bit to see if thats the issue as well.

Using limited accounts is smart for kids or those not computer smart. Turning off UAC is fine. Just turn it back on once your new accounts are made.
