Blue screen then restart. Help!

So I just built my own pc and i am having trouble booting it. When i turn it on, i have to choose wich mode i would like to open in. And wichever one i choose it shows the blue screen for a half a second and restarts. Then it just keeps on doing the same thing when i start it. Please help!

when booting try repetitive press F8 key..

and enter safe mode, is it BSOD too in safe mode?

Keep check for loose cables inside the cpu..

You should have understood that Windows has been crashed. You will have to re-install.

Its sound like it the Hardware problems if u cannot get into safe mode...
