My computer shuts down unexpected

My computer shuts down unexpected. windows 7 enterprise...on dell desktop.... what could be causing it pls and how do I fix it? on a quick note, I have been having frequent sudden power outages lately

Something blewup in the rig or then something's gone bad inside causing the power circuitry to get too hot resulting in the sudden shutdowns.

something like what? and how do I remedy the situation? and is it possible that the frequent sudden power outages i use to have could have caused it?

Yes, frequent sudden shutdowns are a major cause for rig failing and windows core files getting corrupt.
It is advisable to use a UPS so as to help the rig to withstand the fluctuations in current plus give you enough time to shutdown the rig safely without loosing data and saving the components.
For the present remedy, I can't think of anything other than getting it checked physically by a technician, especially since it's a Dell Desktop.
