hi,
i`ve got a LG L203WT wich is 20" and a res. of 1680*1050, if i were to get another screen and synch it with the one ive got would it be a res. of 3360*1050? and how would u do that? would u just need to plug the other dvi into the gfx ?

+ i doubt that my 8800gts 320mb would cope with a very high res of 3360*1050 in any game, would i be able to play games with one screen while the other is still on ? eg play a game at 1680*1050 with one screen and have the other operate in windows.

last questions what are the complications with useing windows vista and dual screens if there are any?

Thanks for ure time

it would not go to 3360x1050. i have dual monitor and it doesnt set it up like that. if you go to a game it would play at whatever res your monitor 1 is, altho i'm sure you could set it to play on monitor 2 if you wanted. whichever you choose the other monitor will be free. as for vista dual monitor issues i cant help you there, i dont use it

I have Vista (32 bit) home premium and run two monitors without a problem.
The 24" is 1900x1200 and the 20" is 1600x 1200.

As said above, they run indepedently, they do not act as a single larger monitor.

I play Eve Online in windowed form and can move the game on either monitor without issues.
