Price range is less than CAD$1000
very light laptop <5lbs
battery life as long as possible
hard drive space doesn't matter it could be 10GB for all i care

thanks for the help, the requirements are from most important to least important

Best bang for the buck is a netbook since you seem not to care about performance much. Or check these notebooks out if you want to.
