Hi, that wasn't the exact question. Content advisor doesn't block chat rooms
specifically.

More than likely the children will start by trying to use a chat client
software. These can uninstalled and thier user accounts can be downgraded to
limited user accounts.

Web clients are more tricky. I don't know of one off the top of my head, but
i have a old buddy who works for a public school system, and I know that they
use several programs to filter and block content. I will post what they use
when I speak with him.

BTW content advisor is not an effective method to block sites. It relies on
the website to police themselves. It will also block many legitimate sites
that have no content ratings enabled.
