I changed my password to log on to xp and i forgot it....i know stupid. What
can I do? I can get in at all I have tried a million different passwords and
for the life of me I can't remember it. Please help me I need my computer at
home to work?

if you google password reset or password recovery you will lots of utilities
for reseeting xp passwords

Offline NT Password & Registry Editor

This works fine with XP. Also when you reset the password and have the
one you want create a password recovery disk:

Start | Control Panel | User Accounts | Change an Account. Click on the
account you want, then on the left click on "Prevent a forgotten
password".
