Hi,

Happens a lot with 2-3 years old acer laptops,

If it's still under warranty I advise to RMA it ASAP

I have a bunch of laptop that had this exact problem (windows telling me their is a problem with usb device while nothing is plugged in and then after a few day would not power on. It's a mobo problem and cost 300 $ to repair)

Next time get an Asus or msi laptop: better quality and costumer support
