IDE or SATA for my situation.

I have 2 HD and 2 optical drives, so my mobo IDE channels are full.

It it better to go to SATA PCI card or IDE PCI card for another HD?

It doesn't really matter, there really won't be much of a performance increase either way. IDE would probably be cheaper but SATA would have more longterm compatability. See which one you can afford and go with it
